We will first try to save all the existing voice mails and configurations. Following that we will rebuild the system. You should plan on the outage lasting all day, possibly into Sunday.
We will keep your ATOMs posted as we learn more. In the meantime please review all your voice mails, delete where possible, and make notes on critical ones in case they are lost.
Important: During the outage, voice mail won't accept messages or call pagers, nor will other voice mail dependent features such as name dialing, announcements, and menus etc. work.
Voice mail problems should be reported via email using the SLAC Phone Services Repair Request form available from http://www2.slac.stanford.edu/comp/telecom/phone/ (remember leaving voice mail wont work).
