The pop-up menu (AKA: dropdown listbox or choice list) says "Read this page in [language]" in five different languages. View-source for this page, copy the HTML for the form, paste into your page, and change the 'urltext' value to your page's URL.
This uses AltaVista's Babel Fish translator. It's not 100% accurate (and can thus be somewhat amusing), but it does help to un-English the Web.
